Account and Data Deletion

Instructions for requesting deactivation or deletion of a COLORJET Management Suite account and eligible personal data.

How to submit a request

Email info@colorjetbd.com.
Use the subject: COLORJET Management Suite Data Deletion Request.
Include your registered name, employee/customer ID, registered email or phone number, and connected organization or department.
Do not send passwords, PINs, access tokens, database credentials, or other secrets.

Identity verification

COLORJET Bangladesh may verify the requester’s identity and authority before processing the request.

Processing

After verification, the account will be deactivated and eligible personal data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

Records that may be retained

Accounting, audit, warranty, service, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained where required. Access to retained records remains restricted.
