We may collect names, employee/customer IDs, email addresses, phone numbers, company and department information, account role, customer and supplier records, service and warranty information, task and attendance records, uploaded photos or documents, and technical or security logs.
For attendance and field-service functions, the app may collect approximate or precise location after permission is granted. Location is used for authorized check-in/check-out, engineer visits, route or service verification, duplicate-entry prevention, security, and audit purposes.
Camera and file permissions may be used to upload attendance evidence, service photos, signatures, documents, warranty records, job cards, or other authorized business attachments.
The app may process account identifiers, device model, operating system, app version, IP address, push-notification token, app interactions, and security or audit events to authenticate users, provide notifications, prevent misuse, and maintain reliability.
Main business records are stored on authorized COLORJET ERP/API and database infrastructure. The mobile app may keep a secure session token and limited temporary cache on the device. Google Play distributes the app, while Expo EAS may be used to build app binaries; these services are not the primary storage location for COLORJET business records.
We do not sell personal information. Data may be accessible to authorized COLORJET personnel, approved infrastructure or service providers acting on our behalf, and government or law-enforcement authorities when legally required.
