DTF Guide

DTF White Ink Maintenance and Daily Production Discipline

Reduce sedimentation, nozzle loss and workflow interruption through consistent daily maintenance.

DTF White Ink Maintenance and Daily Production Discipline

Industrial printing decisions should be based on verified production needs, compatible materials and support capability. The following framework is intended to help business owners and operators ask the correct questions before investment or service action.

White ink requires circulation and discipline

DTF white ink contains pigment that can settle. Follow the machine supplier’s circulation and agitation procedure, keep the ink path active and avoid leaving the system unmanaged for long periods.

Complete daily nozzle and capping checks

Inspect nozzle condition before production. Keep the cap, wiper and surrounding area clean using compatible maintenance materials. Incorrect cleaning can damage the printhead or contaminate the ink path.

Control powder and curing workflow

Excess powder, uneven shaking or incorrect curing produces poor hand feel and adhesion. Record the film, ink, powder, temperature and speed settings that produce approved results.
