AMC Support Terms

An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) provides planned maintenance and defined support for eligible equipment under a separate written AMC proposal or agreement.\n\n1. Scope\nThe AMC document specifies covered machines, visit frequency, included preventive maintenance, remote support, response target, included labour and any coverage limits.\n\n2. Exclusions\nUnless explicitly included, consumables, printheads, damaged parts, parts replacement, transport, emergency work outside coverage, operator-caused damage, voltage problems, environmental damage and third-party modifications are excluded.\n\n3. Service scheduling\nPlanned visits are coordinated with the customer. The customer must keep the equipment accessible and operating conditions safe for inspection and maintenance.\n\n4. Validity and renewal\nAMC validity, payment, suspension, renewal and cancellation are governed by the signed AMC document. A lapsed AMC does not automatically provide free service or parts coverage.
