Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order is intended for imported, special-configuration or not-immediately-available products. A pre-order becomes valid only after the customer accepts an approved quotation or proforma invoice and COLORJET Bangladesh confirms the booking in writing.\n\n1. Booking amount\nThe booking or advance amount, payment milestones, product configuration, included accessories, estimated lead time and cancellation treatment are stated in the approved commercial document. No universal amount is promised on this website.\n\n2. Estimated schedule\nImport, supplier production, shipping, customs clearance, exchange-rate movement, regulatory checks and port conditions can affect estimated delivery. Any displayed or discussed time is an estimate unless a written commitment expressly says otherwise.\n\n3. Changes or cancellation\nConfiguration changes, cancellation, refund or adjustment requests are reviewed against supplier commitments, costs already incurred, import status and the signed commercial terms. The customer must request any change in writing.\n\n4. Final supply\nBefore dispatch or installation, the parties confirm the final payment status, delivery address, site readiness and any balance obligations.
