Any EMI or instalment facility is subject to written approval, customer verification, product eligibility, down payment, payment capacity, security requirements and the final signed agreement. Availability is not guaranteed simply because this public page exists.\n\n1. Required documents\nThe required identification, address, business, guarantor, cheque, bank or other supporting documents are determined case by case and confirmed before approval.\n\n2. Payment schedule\nThe approved agreement states the cash price, down payment, financed balance, number of instalments, due date, payment channel, applicable charge (if any) and late/default treatment. Do not rely on verbal terms.\n\n3. Customer obligations\nThe customer must pay each instalment on or before the due date, keep contact information current, preserve the supplied equipment and follow any ownership/security conditions in the signed agreement.\n\n4. Default\nFollow-up, suspension of service, recovery steps or other action for overdue payment will be handled only according to the signed agreement and applicable law.
